Renewal

Scholarships are automatically renewed on a semester-to-semester basis for a maximum of eight (8) consecutive fall and spring undergraduate semesters provided the following eligibility requirements are met:

  • Recipients must be a full-time admitted degree-seeking undergraduate student.
  • Recipients must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Recipients must successfully complete an average of fifteen (15) credit hours per semester.
  • Recipients must request an official transcript be sent directly from the Registrar/Parchment via USPS regular mail to the Foundation after the posting of grades each semester no later than January 20th and June 1st, respectively – this deadline is strictly enforced!  Emailed electronic transcripts cannot be accepted.
  • Non-compliance with the eligibility requirements and/or failure to request an official transcript by each semester deadline will result in scholarship suspension/revocation.
