Renewal

  • Scholarships are automatically renewed on a semester-to-semester basis for a maximum of eight (8) consecutive fall and spring undergraduate semesters provided the following:
  • Recipients are required to maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and successfully complete an average of fifteen (15) credit hours per semester as a full-time admitted degree-seeking undergraduate student to maintain eligibility for their Scholarship.
  • Recipients must request an official transcript be sent directly from the Registrar via USPS regular mail to the Foundation after the posting of grades each semester no later than January 20th and June 1st, respectively.  Do not request an emailed PDF!
  • Failure to provide an official transcript by each semester deadline and/or non-compliance with the eligibility requirements will result in Scholarship revocation.
